Grief is the psychological process that occurs after a loss. It could be the loss of a loved one, a breakup, a move, loss of health or job. It can be a deeply painful and challenging experience, and there is no single or fixed path through the grieving process.
It involves a variety of emotions, such as sadness, anger, guilt, confusion, anxiety, and despair. They can appear at different times and in different intensities. It is important to allow yourself to feel and process these emotions.
It’s important to remember that there is no “right” way to grieve, and each person will experience it uniquely. Furthermore, grief has no definitive “end”; rather, it can become an integral part of a person’s life as they learn to live with the loss and find ways to move forward while honoring the memories and love they had for what was lost.
